Here's the thing. I take pride in not being "that" person. I even like to take the piss out of "that" person. You know the type that eats healthy meals, understands about good nutrition, cooks regularly, even has their head around preservatives, additives and food labels in general. This is the type of person who thinks that throwing together a quick and easy meal is just as easy as getting take away (and in doing so completely missing the point of takeaway - in my opinion)
This is what overwhelm looks like and some days it is unbearable to function around.
Having said that I could be sitting in the Hilton right now and still feel unsure about what to do first? Today in particular I am so easily.....ohhh shiny bit of foil ummm, distracted.
